The project works in six blocks of five hill districts, together with local administration and the Rural Livelihood Mission.

A high-altitude tribal block of the Jaunsar-Bawar region where farming families face heavy crop loss from wild animals. Project activities here focus on solar fencing and clean-energy livelihoods.

Located at the confluence of the Yamuna and Tons valleys, Kalsi hosted the project's first mushroom cultivation programme and a five-day food processing and business training at Pajitilani village.

A Tehri Garhwal block where women from Dewali and nearby villages were trained in mushroom cultivation, enterprise development and solar energy products.

A Pauri Garhwal block where the project works with village organisations such as the Radha Krishna Gram Sangathan at Kimsar on local products and market linkages.
